The return of the goods must take place within 10 days from the delivery of the order.

Return procedures

The return of the goods must take place within 10 days from the delivery of the order. Return procedures are processed directly through the system in this order:

a. Request for acceptance of the return.
b. Approval of the request and issuance of the e-mail with return code.
c. Shipping of the product to be sent together with the confirmation e-mail.
d. Receipt of the package to our logistics.
e. Confirmation of the request.
f. Credit or refund note issued to the customer.

Costs for the return of products

Baby Dream srl takes care of all return costs and collects the goods by BRT courier on the national territory and by DHL on extra-national territory.

Conditions for returning the goods

To proceed with the return of the goods the products must not have been used. The products must be returned with the appropriate protections, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or dirty), with all the accessories, instructions and documentation, with the identification tag and the labels still attached. The reimbursement of the amount paid by the buyer will be made only after verification of the integrity of the goods by Kidsdistribution.com
