We are now interviewing Pasquale Corvino, Ceo of Baby Dream and Kidsdistribution corporate group, the first Italian company for the wholesale distribution of kids clothing stocks of the top national and international brands.

Tell us a little bit about your company: how and when did you found it?
Baby Dream, founded in 2004, comes from the passion of my family and a long experience in this field. Over time, it kept getting bigger and increased to reach a total of 1.500.000 items per year for more than 120 brands. In 2012, we set up its first B2B website, www.kidsdistribution.com, which made it possible to meet new clients beyond national borders and strength the traditional markets, giving the possibility of customizing even long-distance orders according to their business needs.

What is the mission of your company and why did you find the need to found it?
The primary mission of Baby Dream and Kidsdistribution corporate group is to offer our national and international customers garments for kids of the best maison. My business project comes from the aim to give other stores and companies the chance to buy garments in stock of the best quality. We are the sole in the field of B2B distribution of branded kids clothing to realize that.

In which countries have business contacts mostly developed? Which are the new countries that your company wants to achieve?
In the current economic context, Baby Dream, also through its e-commerce website Kidsdistribution, contributes to the success of its customers in the main European countries, from the Iberian Peninsula to France, from Germany to Austria, up to the Northern Europe and Russia, where there are some of the most important clients. Recently, the company has been achieving business partnerships and collaborations also in the Non- European countries, like USA and Australia, confirming its strong presence even overseas. Asia has an important place among our business interests: as a matter of fact, we aim to inaugurate subsidiary companies in Hong Kong and Shanghai as soon as possible.

>What has lead Kidsditribution to have such various and multi-cultural customers? What are the benefits that your customers get from the facilities you offer them?
Placing big order on Kidsdistribution website means that our clients trust us, since we offer them not only quality and experience in this field, but also a wide range of collections as well as high-res photos and detailed descriptions which give them a more realistic view of the items they are going to buy. Moreover, thanks to our multichannel communication, our potential customers have at their disposal a multilingual customer care to contact for any request and further information or for being updated about our special promotions and exclusive offers. Finally, powerful agreements we have signed with the main shipping partners ensure our clients short delivery times and a constant support. Such attributes continue to guarantee us more than 3500 users per year, about 50.000 visitors per month and order s constantly on increase, helping us to reach our business mission successfully.

Shortly, what is the plus which has allowed your company to achieve these important results?
Whoever comes into the world of Baby Dream and Kidsdistribution corporate group knows they can find what they were looking for, increase the success of their stores and achieve the results they have always wished…. That’s because the relationship with our customers is our main concern.
